No. Register as an individual doctor and go from recording to an approved, exported note — PDF, DOCX, TXT or copy-paste — with no EHR and no clinic subscription. Clinic features are an optional layer clinics can activate later.

Only you. Docmini produces an AI-generated draft. Nothing is final until a clinician reviews, edits and approves it. Every change is versioned and audited.

How accurate is the medical transcription?

Accepted Answer

The pipeline uses a large medical speech-recognition model. In live end-to-end testing, a 104-second consultation transcribed in about 4 seconds with high accuracy, including vitals and medications. The transcript is editable before the note is drafted.

No. Docmini is a documentation copilot. It structures what happened in the encounter. Clinical decisions remain entirely yours.

What happens to my audio recordings?

Audio is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in locked cloud storage, and kept for 90 days by policy. You control deletion, and every access is recorded in the audit trail.
